Good advice. The article points out one thing that all popular diets have in common today: Less junk. Paleo diets, vegan diets, or whatever - any diet (within reason) that is rich in whole foods is going to produce great benefits.

Absolutely plugging in with Dave Ramsey's advice this year (and years to come). This stuff is great. My goal is to get rid of debt in 2013 and begin to build wealth.

Wondering if your site is accurate in that Joyce Cherrier is a coach or not. She is not listed as a coach on Team Beachbody site. I was searching for other coaches in Louisiana to connect with as I am a coach too. Can you let me know?
thanks

Hi Jessica, I have many, many Beachbody programs including P90X, insanity, Charlene extreme, turbo fire, turbo jam, slim in 6, hip hop abs and some other assorted workouts like yoga booty ballet and the original P90. I am at a crossroads. I'm 50 and preparing for the Tough Mudder in Englishtown, NJ on October 20. My team consists of 6 others members and they are all under 32. I recently finished a round of insanity, but I don't feel nearly as mustering as I did last time. Part of my problem is diet and I know I need to do a mental reset back to shakes, fruits and vegetables rather than the chips and sweets that have crept into my diets, but i also think I need to change my workout. I am considering asylum or a hybrid insanity/p90x or maybe just do Charlene extreme again? I don't really like Tony's style, but I know people get results. I have a low ceiling where i workout so i am concerned about the jump rope portion of asylum.

I guess I am hoping that you can suggest a next step that will enable me to drop 5-10 pounds and build strength + agility for the tough mudder without injuring myself. I already have a shoulder issue because I tried pull ups, monkey bars and "pole" dancing this summer to build upper body strength without using weights. (a bad decision). I am currently avoiding any overhead lifting/pulling until I heal.

Sorry for rambling, but when saw your experience and that you live in NJ i decided to reach out to you. .
