P90X day 5 is Legs & Back and I loved it! I didn’t need Tony Horton to motivate me or inspire me like he did yesterday with Yoga X. Today was exactly what I wanted to do – work my legs hard to give me a strong foundation for every other activity that I do (and because I am not running now) and to strengthen the back that has to carry the heavy burdens of life.
I must admit that my legs were shaking when I finished, but it was a great feeling. It also seemed like the pull ups and chin ups got easier as I went through the workout. I can’t wait until the next time that Legs & Back is on the schedule so that I can Bring It even harder!
