Yesterday I created a new accountability group entitled, “Fitness Simplified, Nutrition Simplified“.

Every day, I have the opportunity to do a workout following a program created by the corporate team at Beachbody. The Challenge du Jour is posted 7 days a weeks and is part of Beachbody On Demand. With the Team Beachbody Club membership, which includes Beachbody On Demand, you can stream Beachbody workouts on any device as well as Roku and Apple TV.
