My 21 Day Fix Day 21

In case any of you thought that I didn’t wake up from the nap that I mentioned in Day 2 of the 21 Day Fix and that would explain why there wasn’t another post, I am happy to say that I just got sidetracked – for 19 days apparently.

It’s possible but highly unlikely that is what happened and the more obvious reason is that I am not a good blogger.  That could change and hopefully it will.

I am seriously happy to report that I finished the 21 Day Fix yesterday and got great results.  I didn’t have weight to lose, but rather muscle to put on.  I gained a few pounds of muscle, got more flexible and really began to like yoga thanks to Autumn Calabrese.  I at first didn’t relate to Autumn but as I did each of the workouts I realized that she is focused, passionate and knows how to get people into great shape.  I give Autumn Calabrese two thumbs up as the newest Beachbody trainer.

What’s next?  I am doing Pilates Fix today and then will run tomorrow or Wednesday depending on how my calf strain is healing and then will probably go into PiYo so that I can review it for you.  Who knows, it could be another three weeks before I post and I might have the 21 Day Fix Extreme by then.  I am posting the results of the test group below their image and I sure wouldn’t mind going into March with any of their results!
