Last night we made a vegan chick pea and kale soup that called for coconut milk. Since there was quite a bit of the coconut milk left over, I decided to use it in the Shakeology that I have every morning to start my day off right. I use a Magic Bullet Blender and put the yogurt, banana and Shakeology in first and then fill to the top with coconut milk.
1/2 cup Greek Gods Traditional Honey Yogurt
Half a banana
3/4 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
Fill to top of blender with coconut milk
