Today, you can stream P90X3 on Beachbody On Demand for free. It is a 90-day fitness program that is designed to get you results. Each one of 16 30-minute workouts has been uniquely designed to change your body in the most effective way possible.
Starting in March 2007, I did all of the P90X workouts as they came out. I bought the DVD’s from Beachbody and got my 25% discount as a Team Beachbody Coach. The retail price when it came out in December 2013 (I wrote this post back then) was $119.95 and five years later, it is still $119.95.
