TurboFire made me look forward to my workouts every morning. The results came quick with energy, muscle definition, stronger abs/core, increased flexibility and a leaner and toner physique all while rocking it with Chalene Johnson! There were times I didn’t feel like working out, but once I got there, I didn’t regret it. The high of endorphins felt after my workout is well worth the work. I know with this workout my time is well spent with such efficient and powerful exercises. With a HIIT workout, your body burns 9x more fat than with regular cardio exercises. The program includes intense cardio with some HIIT segments throughout such as “Fire 30” and “Fire 45”, or all cardio with no HIITs in “Fire 45 EZ”. There are 3 straight HIIT workouts, “HIIT 15”, “HIIT 20” and “HIIT 25”, which challenge your body to go at its most intense level for a short time period and then rest until you repeat it again. You can do anything for one minute and these workouts get the job done quick!! Strength training is included using a resistance band that comes with the program in “Tone 30” and “Sculpt 30” with a Core and Flexibility workout too, “Core 20/Stretch 40”. Your entire body will work throughout all of these exercises. Your core, legs, shoulders, abs, arms…will all be moving mega time boosting your body into the best shape! When new to class, there is a breakdown of all the moves, so you’ll know how to kick, punch, hook and jab all the way through. A new “Starter Pack” program is now available to break down the moves for beginners and includes low impact HIITs. If you still crave more, you can include “Keep on Burnin'” for 3 of the hottest classes to help you scorch more calories. I started TurboFire about a year ago. I finished the program, loved it so much that I did it again, adding in the advanced workouts, “Fire 60”, “HIIT 30”, “Upper 20/Lower 20” and “Abs 10”. Still not wanting to give up TurboFire completely, but knowing I needed to add some variety to keep my results coming, I decided to hybrid it with another one of Chalene Johnson’s programs, ChaLEAN Extreme. The two programs together worked wonders! I was able to get my HIIT cardio with TurboFire and also cycle through the “Burn”, “Push” and “Lean” circuits at my own modifiable fitness level with ChaLEAN Extreme. The hybrid was put together perfectly! Now, I still use both programs along with some of my other favorite home fitness programs such as P90X, Brazil Butt Lift, Hip Hop Abs , RevAbs and Insanity to put some variety in my schedule. I know TurboFire 2 is in the making and I can’t wait! It definitely is my soul-mate workout for home fitness. In fact, I’m now designing my own kickbox routines to teach as a certified fitness instructor, and it all started with TurboFire!
