Running for my life

Stress has become such a large part of my life now that the only way that I can manage it is by running. Other people have other stress reducers, but what works best for me is running. It also serves to lessen some of the risk inherent in being the head of a household of five with no health insurance. Knowing that any prolonged illness or disease such as cancer would bankrupt us in an instant, we all live the healthiest lives that we can by exercising and eating well and giving our bodies and minds the opportunity to fight off routine illnesses and lessen the likelihood that we will be afflicted by cancers, heart disease or stroke. So I run for my life in the hope and faith that we will be able to continue to live and enjoy life as we know it.
